2-Week Refill:

For lash extensions done within the past 5-14 days. If your previous appointment was on a Monday, you can book your refill on the same weekday two weeks later or any day before. Morning or evening appointments are the same.

3-Week Refill:

For lash extensions done within the past 15-21 days. If your last appointment was on a Monday, you can book your refill on the same weekday three weeks later or any day before. Morning or evening appointments are the same.

More than 28 Days:

After 28 days, a Removal and a New Set of Lash Extensions are required. No exceptions.

Note: We do not offer refills for lashes done at other studios. Please book a Removal and a New Set if you wish to try our services. Promo pricing is available for all new clients.

Quality Guarantee – Regular Polish

Regular polish applications typically last between 1 to 10 days, depending on individual factors like lifestyle, health, and following aftercare instructions. Fuji Beauty Spa does not guarantee the longevity of regular polish products after the appointment, as various factors, the product formulation, and manufacturer instructions can impact durability.

Quality Guarantee – Shellac Polish

Shellac Polish is a light-cured product that can last 2-4 weeks, depending on factors like lifestyle, health, and proper maintenance. Fuji Beauty Spa offers a 7-day guarantee period. If issues like peeling, lifting, wrinkling, or fading occur within this time due to application or product chemistry, we’ll repair your nails at no charge, at our discretion. If the breakdown is determined to be due to normal wear and tear, a repair fee will apply.

Five (5) Day Fix Policy

If you experience any issues within 5 business days of your appointment, such as broken nails, chips, cracks, or shrinkage, we will fix these at no additional charge. Other fixes outside this window may incur a reasonable repair fee. This does not cover the cost of any previously applied nail art or design; replacement of these designs will incur an additional charge based on the design chosen.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We understand that emergencies happen! To allow us to accommodate other clients, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee:

• 30% for late cancellations
• 100% for no-shows

Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances, so please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

Late Policy

If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive 25 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled, and a 15% late fee or 100% no-show fee may apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but timely arrival ensures a relaxing experience for everyone.
